- Berner Cheese and Creative Products signed a letter of intent to enter into a joint venture for the production of aerosol cheese products. Berner later refused to complete the joint venture and began manufacturing and marketing aerosol cheese on its own
- Brenkman v. Belmont Marketing
- Franchise seller appealed order rescinding franchise agreement, dismissing with prejudice franchise seller’s counterpetition, and awarding attorney fees to be paid to franchisee.

- ITI refused to pay commissions due to Central Tower and alleged that Central Tower breached fiduciary duties owed to ITI when Dutch company switched its business from ITI to Central Tower.

- Bitner terminated his partnership with Dowell and resigned from their related corporation.
- Farm King Supply, Inc. v. Horizon Retail Systems, Inc.
- Farm King purchased retail operating software from Horizon and then wrote upgrades for the software.
- Heiden v. Galva Foundry Co.
- Heiden, after selling controlling interest in foundry to Galva, brought action for breach of contract, compelling Galva to file arbitration motion pursuant to arbitration clause in acquisition and merger agreement.

- Parties submitted written arbitration agreement, and award was subsequently made.
- Notzke v. Art Gallery Inc.
- Shareholder brought suit against two other shareholders seeking specific performance of restrictive buy-sell agreement, damages from alleged breach of agreement and employment contract, and liquidation of corporation.
- Oberlander v. Connecticut General Life Insurance Company
- Oberlander, on the advice of Connecticut General agent, surrendered two life insurance policies with large surrender values in exchange for two new policies issued by Connecticut General.

- Holder of real estate tax certificate lien brought suit against holder of perfected security interest lien holder after latter removed and sold mobile home from real estate in question.
