Berner Cheese v. Creative Products
Berner Cheese and Creative Products signed a letter of intent to enter into a joint venture for the production of aerosol cheese products. Berner later refused to complete the joint venture and began manufacturing and marketing aerosol cheese on its own
The firm asserted a claim on behalf of Creative Products alleging Berner Cheese breached its duty to negotiate in good faith with Creative Products to complete the transaction contemplated by the letter of intent. Case No. 97 MR 17 (Stevenson County 1997).
